Martin loan ends

STRIKER Tony Martin has played the final game of his loan period from Ryman League Premier Division side Billericay Town.

The tall front man was loaned to Ware back in September and made his debut in the 2-1 win against Ilford.

His loan spell was extended after the first month, and on December 23 a total of 93 days - the maximum number of days allowed in a loan period - will have elapsed.

Martin scored two goals for Ware in his time with the club, away at Great Wakering Rovers on September 27 and at home to Chatham Town on November 12.

His final appearance was as a substitute against Needham Market on December 17.

The club, along with manager Stuart Nethercott, would like to thank Craig Edwards and his staff at Billericay Town for their assistance with this loan arrangement.
